Welcome to Life5X. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.life5x.com), including all services, products, and content provided by Life5X (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

Our website and services are intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older and are qualified researchers, laboratories, or institutions conducting scientific research. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Research Use Only

All Life5X products, including Precision Blends (e.g., RestoreMix, LiftBlend) and individual peptides (e.g., IGF-1 LR3), are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, medical use, or personal administration. You agree to use our products solely for in-vitro and in-vivo research by qualified professionals in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Life5X is not responsible for any misuse of our products, including use for human consumption, which is expressly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

To place an order or subscribe to our plans (Elite, Core, Starter), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials (username and password).
  • Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

4. Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Life5X. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. You will be notified if your order is not accepted.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana). For cryptocurrency payments, you must email [email protected] for payment instructions after selecting this option at checkout. We will provide a unique wallet address for your transaction, and your order will be processed once payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment. If a payment fails (e.g., declined card, unconfirmed crypto transaction), we may suspend or cancel your order or subscription until payment is received.

Cryptocurrency Risks: Cryptocurrency payments are subject to blockchain confirmation delays and price volatility. Life5X is not responsible for losses due to changes in cryptocurrency value or transaction errors (e.g., sending to the wrong address).

5. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription plans to support your research needs:

  • Elite (Monthly): Shipments every 4 weeks (13 shipments per year), 15% discount, free standard shipping on orders over $200 (after discount), free NAD+ vial (500mg) after 6 months.
  • Core (Bi-Monthly): Shipments every 8 weeks (7 shipments per year), 13% discount, free standard shipping on all orders, free NAD+ vial (500mg) after 6 months.
  • Starter (Quarterly): Shipments every 12 weeks (5 shipments per year), 10% discount, free priority shipping on all orders, early access to new blends, free NAD+ vial (500mg) after 6 months.

Subscription Terms:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew based on your chosen plan (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) until canceled.
  • You may cancel, change, or upgrade your plan at any time by logging into your account or emailing [email protected]. Changes take effect before your next shipment.
  • Each shipment includes 1 vial of your chosen peptide or blend, plus BAC water for reconstitution.
  • Life5X reserves the right to modify subscription benefits or discounts, with notice provided via email or on our website.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times: U.S. orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days; international orders take 7-14 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Customs and Fees: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are your responsibility. Life5X provides necessary documentation but is not liable for customs delays or seizures.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our facility, though we will assist with tracking and claims where possible.

7. Returns and Refunds

No Returns for Peptides: Due to the nature of our products (research peptides), we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment by emailing [email protected]. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you may qualify for a refund if the product is defective.
Refunds: Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method (or a comparable method for cryptocurrency payments) within 14 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including product descriptions, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Life5X or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, research-related purposes only. This license does not include the right to use our content for commercial purposes unrelated to research.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Misrepresent your identity or qualifications as a researcher.
  • Attempt to access our systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
  • Use our products for human or veterinary consumption, which is strictly prohibited.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our website, such as introducing viruses or malicious code.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website and services if you violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life5X, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or products, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or research outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Life5X provides peptides “as is” and makes no warranties regarding their suitability for any specific research purpose. You assume all risks associated with the use of our products in your experiments.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Life5X, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of our website, services, or products, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of our products (e.g., for human consumption).

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State Here], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Coeur d’Alene, ID in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

14. International Users

Life5X operates from the United States and complies with U.S. laws. If you access our website from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws, including export and import regulations related to research peptides. We make no representation that our website or services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices (e.g., new subscription features). We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date or by emailing you (if you’re a subscriber). Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our products. Upon termination, your account and subscription will be deactivated, but you remain responsible for any outstanding payments.
